Peter is a registered Patent Attorney, admitted to the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Peter is also admitted to the Florida Bar and all the Federal Courts in the State of Florida. Peter is also admitted to the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, where appeals of all the United States District Courts throughout the United States are heard.
Peter is regularly involved in some of the Firm’s most complex intellectual property matters, including patent litigation cases and certain patent prosecution matters.
