As previously reported, again, yesterday, Plaintiffs ArrivalStar S.A., from Luxembourg, and Melvino Technologies Limited, from British Virgin Islands of Tortola, filed more patent infringement lawsuits in the United Stated District Court for the Southern District of Florida, against several parties domiciled across the country. The suits relate to Patents: 6,714,859; 6,952,645; 7,030,781; 7,400,970; 6,904,359; and, 6,486,801.
These patents all relate to a system and method for monitoring and reporting of vehicles.

Billabong USA Holdings Party, Limited
Killer Dana, Inc.
Pacific Sunwear of California, Inc.
McKesson Corporation
Ortec International USA, Inc.
Aramex International
