Landlord’s “Good Guy” Guaranty from Tenants

What is a Good Guy Guaranty?  Good question!  A Good Guy Guaranty is given by a Commercial Tenant’s guarantor, who will only guaranty the tenant’s obligations for a specifica period, on condition that the Commercial Tenant turns in the keys and vacates the premises when they stop paying th rent.  Essentially, the Tenant acted like a “Good Guy”, and for that, the guaranty may be limited to a certain limited period.
